Click Frenzy - Online Stores Sales

Source:Open Clip ArtUsing Under Public Domain Attribution

Yesterday, in China, there is a Single day which is a day for mega sale across the country’s online stores. In Australia, there is a similar online sales event calls ClickFrenzy, which From 6pm AEDT tonight to the next day 7pm AEDT. Same as the overseas, some major online stores will have a fast sale on their selected products during the time, such as Myer, IKEA, Sheridan and BIGW to promote online shopping. Those participated stores are from computer stores to department stores and houseware. There are more than dozen stores.Almost every things are covered. I need to check it out tonight 6pm, I wish I can find some good stuff!

For the further details, please check their website.

Personalized Coke

Yesterday, I went to Woolworths for my weekly grocery shopping. I found the Personalized Coke got a half-price discount. That is good. I think that it is worth to discover whether there is your name. Also, that is even better to check your friends’ or family members’ names. That is an excellent choice for budget Christmas Presents.

Runcorn Plaza

The first thing I noticed when walking into Moge Tee at Runcorn Plaza was their extensive menu of drinks. This is not your average bubble milk tea shop. While they still offer classic milk tea with bubbles, they offer a lot of specialty drinks with unique flavors you won’t find elsewhere. I ended up ordering the honey milk tea with pearls, and it was absolutely delicious. The honey flavor came through but didn’t overpower the entire drink. It also added the perfect hint of sweetness. I would highly recommend trying something different from classic milk tea to get the full Moge Tee experience. Some other popular drink choices here include the Crème Brûlée milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, and milk teas topped with cheese foam. You can try endless combinations and never get bored.

Moge Tee

Moge Tee also lets you customize your drink by choosing the percentage of sugar to add (0%, 30%, 50%, 70% or 100%). You have complete control over the sweetness of your drink, which is great for me because I don’t like my drinks to be overly sweet. The interior of Moge Tee is small but comfortable. The décor is bright and welcoming, with window seating for people who want to stay and enjoy their bubble tea in the shop. Bubble tea is a hot trend in Brisbane right now, and bubble tea shops are popping up all over the place. However, Moge Tee stands out from the crowd as one of the best, authentic bubble tea shops in Brisbane. It’s highly worth a visit (or two).

Today, I drove along Mains Road; I saw some Jacaranda trees are blooming. The whole tree turned Purple. That is charming. That reminds me now is the Jacaranda Blooming season. Late October to November, in Queensland and Northern NSW have a lot of blooming Jacaranda. There are a lot of good spots to watch Purple Jacaranda. The first spot is the place near UQ Lakes. Last year, I visited there and took some photo of Jacaranda. The second spot is in Botanic Garden. There are a few.
The other good spot is Grafton, where is a Northern NSW regional town. Also, there are a few streets where have planted Jacaranda Trees. There are some purple trees and I heard in the town, there are several big Jacaranda Trees. Besides, from Now to 3rd Nov, Jacaranda Festival is held in Grafton. The town has a lot of activities related with Jacaranda. In additional, Grafton is a historical town. Someone recommended there is an old church is worth to live. However, please be aware Grafton is about 5 hours driving distance from Brisbane. For us, those people live in Brisbane; that doesn’t sound like a spot as a day trip, and Currently, that is Jacaranda Festival period. That is not easy to find an accommodation. The second best option is Coffs Harbour where is about an hour driving distance. There are a few more choices of motel too.

If you think that is too far, there is a Jacaranda Festival in Goodna too this weekend too.Although there are only a few Jacaranda trees, there is more easy to access for us.

There are a lot of activities in this area this month. In Brisbane, We have Brisbane Festival. Also in Toowoomba which is about one and half hour driving distance, there is also a significant event happening. This is The Carnival of Flowers, which held from 20th to29th September.

The Chronicle Garden Competition

First of all, I need to recommend you visit the private gardens of the Chronicle Garden Competition and I think that is a must-do event. Many passionate locals turned their private gardens into stunning floral showpiece . to participate in this competition. Those gardens are gorgeous, and some yards are big, like a small botanic garden. For the detailed address of those gardens, you need to buy the 20th Septemeber of The Chronicle which is available in most of the local newsagent in Toowoomba. And if you would like to spend a bit, there are some bus tours ($45 Adult, ) to take you to those gardens, Toowoomba Visitor Information Center will have more information about this.

Queens Park

Besides, there is a giant carnival and flower show in queens park. It is the primary site of this activity. There will be a lot of beautiful flowers and some live music too.

USQ Japanese garden

Besides queens park and those private gardens, the USQ Japanese garden is also a must-do place. There are too many flowers in full bloom, stunning. That is an Authentic Japanese Graden. If you read those photo I took in there; you cannot imagine that in Toowoomba, not in Japan.

Grand Central Floral Parade Float Parade

If you have time, you can also participate in the Grand Central Floral Parade on 21st September at 3 pm. By then, there are dozens of flowery floats will parade near Queens Park, Starting at he corner of Herries & Hume St .

Toowoomba Picnic Point

Please do not miss the Picnic Point. There are not too many blooming flowers to enjoy, but there is beautiful scenery. Where you can take a panoramic view of Toowoomba.

I believe that this will be suitable for your whole family, that will be the best activity for you this weekend.

CELEBRATEBRISBANE RIVER OF LIGHT

From today to 28th September, we have a major annual event held in Brisbane, Brisbane Festival. There are different activities in the Brisbane districts, please check their website for further details. However, the most of events are held in their main stage at culture forecourt.
